We had an interesting exchange when I asked for advice from those who had the gastric bypass procedure a few months ago. Well, I've went through all the pre-op hurdles (education classes, psychological evaluations, medical history & review, dietician consults)....I now have a date for my surgery which will be June 1 in Hickory.

Anyone that still has any advice concerning pre-op/post-op care, I would certainly appreciate it.

Don't let them make you drink that foul tasting shit to clean you out. There are pills that work the same way.

Hope it works out. How does one change their eating habits overnight though? I'm assuming you aren't going to be able to consume the same as you did presurgery.
