I take that back: Your pic is a Triumph, because of that line slanting down the side. The Healey didn't have it as pronounced, as on the tr-4.

I liked the tr-4 because (I believe) the headlights were built more into the fender rather than a clear separation like the tr-3 in your post. Was the tr-3 built after the tr-4? Because your pic of the tr-3 looks like a newer model car than the tr-4. Love the sound of those cars. The tr-4 was more boxy looking. Matter of fact you pic looks more like another Austin Healey than a tr-3 Triumph.
