Throw them out. How people eat these after smelling them being cooked is beyond me. That and who was the first dumb ass to say "Hey let's try boiling the shit out of these pig intestines and then eat them" I bet Dolphinface eats them

Chitt'lins are just plain nasty. But, if you can get past the thought, they don't have much flavor. All I could taste on the ones that I tried were the hot sauce (texas pete?).
