I got out the ol' Gameboy, and found I had foolishly left batteries in some of the components. Anyone got advice on how to clean the battery contacts?

I usually use a penknife. You have to scrape it off to the metal, the plating is gone anyway. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. Goodluck.mathmajors said:
