I would, but the couter balance dip/pulldown machine I have access to don't have the bar going all the way across....

We have the Nautilus counter balance at our Y, it has the curved bar that allows you to get the max width and also added height on each rep. I'm repping 3 sets of 10 @ -100, -80 and -50. I weigh just over 200 lbs.

I just started doing the same. 3 sets of eight at -64. Not sure if it a Nautlis or not, it is at the Beyond Fitness I go to.

I user deppends myself. Now that they have elastic around the legs, you can go all day without leaking through your dockers.

Change your grip around ocassionally for that extra special burn
