If he was, we'd probably get a fair amount for his salary, but it wasn't considered that big a raise. He wasn't more productive there than his last year here, so we wouldn't get a boost there either. Not that it's an eligible situation, anyway.

I'd bet GB gets one for Wahle.

it's for UFA. RFAs comensation is pre-assumed with the tender - for instance, if we RFA'd Seidman with the minimum tender, we get a 3rd (his original drafted round); if we, for instance, gave the higher tender for Manning (which I hope we don't), we would get a first. If we tendered a UDFA, we'd get nothing since he wasn't drafted. Either way, losing RFAs comes with built in compensation and right of refusal; the lack of RFR is part of why the subjective, flawed compensatory picks exist.
