Henning said the Panthers would always like to be a run-first team, like in their 2003 Super Bowl season, but he expects this team to have a more diverse attack.

"What you have to keep in mind is the league changes," he said. "Nobody is really running the ball with tremendous output. That's because defenses made a decision to take it away and see if you can beat them with the rest of (your) tools."
