The Bears managed to do win last year with a very shakey QB. That said, our defense and STs are no where in the same ballpark of theirs. Their running game was average at best, so significant improvement in the running game isn't dire, just some improvement is needed.

To say it's possible to win under this circumstance is one thing, but there has to be marked improvement in the other two phases for this to be even a remote possiblility. The loss of Jake can make or break the team's will; hopefully it will solidify the team's resolve.
