Has anyone heard this rumor about the Patriots sending their first round pick to Chicago for Brian Urlacher? Reports in the Boston Globe this morning say it is unlikely that Bruschi will play next year and on Fox Sports New England last night they mentioned this trade...

Ain't gonna happen... the cap hit for Chicago would be MASSIVE considering Urlacher just upped his deal last year. As far as Bruschi goes I wouldn't be surprised at all if he doesn't play this coming year.

not like it'll matter, they suck. They'll get a first round pick, absorb the hit and move on. They probably realize they will do shit this year. Build for the future.
