On Sporting News Radio (Sirius 123) is a good show. I think it is from 9-1pm and is much better than Cowherd who has become unbearable, in a Mark Packer kind of way.

Cowherd's show is all about poking and prodding a fanbase and pissing 'em off enough to call in or email his show... That's all he wants... A little while ago he went on and on about how great dook is, and it was obvious that he was trying to get Tar Heel fans to call in... His show is only tolerable during college football season, and even then, he's too busy slurping USC's jock.
