'The Aud' . . . See it before its gone!!!!

I think I've heard that some time this year, work will finally begin to tear down 'the Aud' in Buffalo, former home of the Sabres and Buffalo Braves (NBA) . . . . . I wonder will they let folks in one more time to take some photos and grab some momentos from the building before they tear it down ? ? ?

Went to a couple games at the Aud. Sat up high for a playoff game vs the Habs in 93. I had never been in an arena that steep, walking up and down the steps scared the shit out of me. I found the Earl of Bud quite amusing.

Playa: The original plans were to turn it into a BASS PRO SHOPS, but that deal fell thru . . . . I guess there wasn't much else you can do with a 60+ year old arena, so thus comes the wrecking ball . . .

I went to a game there once, the beer vendors had mini kegs strapped to their backs that they served from. I thought it was the new thing but I never saw it again.

They do that at the new Chi. arena which is also steep as stacked shit.
