only because teams might be resting starters for the playoffs. even then it's a dodgy proposition.

honestly, they don't need to win anymore. at this point it's counterproductive to the draft. and 5-11 makes my prediction right. so i guess i'm biased.

Possibly Tampa if they can't improve their playoff spot and rest a bunch of people.

It really does not matter. I do not see the team improving and creating some momentum for the offseason. If we win a game by default because Tampa is resting its starters it wont mean anything.
