it started out kinda interesting -- my wife is in the television academy and theoretically could vote for emmys, so we get TONS of freebie dvds from production companies hyping their shows. you'd be blown away at the crazy packaging they send out all to get your vote. anyway, we got the first season of the 4400 and liked it enough to get the 2nd season from netflix. it kinda got silly so i think we stopped bothering with it. a bit like 24 in that regard.
we have our netflix divided up into 3 different queues. one for me, one for her, and one shared movies queue that is where we put things like dvd series and stuff. we've got "taken" right now which has a similar sort of subject matter (and the same lead actor) but it's a bit hokey, so it's not getting much attention.
