Teeth Bleaching

Not to be confused with "other" bleaching. Has anyone ever had this done? Many years of coffee drinking has made me want to look into it. Is there much difference between those kits you can get in stores verses going to a dentist for 100x the cost?

it works, it's safe as long as you follow the instructions, crest white strips work but they have a lot less strength than what your dentist gives you.

i'm dating a dental hygentist... she told me the over the counter is just as good, what you want is the gel/mouth piece set-up

you can boil the mouth piece so it's soft and mold it to fit you mouth just like back in the day we when played sports and needed one, and then use the gel

also great is the laser teeth whitening

Yeah, the gel stuff works great, but I'm afraid of messing up my enamel and opening up a whole new can of worms. I've heard some pretty scary stuff from people who tried to whiten at home, but they had weird reactions to just about anything they did...

Dentists recommend it...why? My wife did this and it ate off the enamel from her front teeth. To fix this little issue it cost (no shit true story) $1168 A TOOTH! Not kidding.
