T Davis needs to pick it up....

I watched the tape yesterday before MNF.

Most all the passes completed were to WR/TE that were to be covered by Davis.

In many cases, and look closely at the start- and just after the snap, that he looked back and forth between too WR/TE hesitating enough that his guy got open. He looks lost, like he doesn't quite know which guy to cover.

He gonna be a helluva liability if he can't figure it out quick.

Imma thinking he looks to be a better LB than safety- cause he tackles/hits much better than he covers, as he's alway late to the ball.

Put in Mcree or Bashires, especially on 3rd down and long.

And remind them, Trgo, that a TE can catch a pass.

Yep, and here's the rub with a rook, imo.

If he's gonna play like a rook, especially at a skill position like complex coverages, he shouldn't be playing much at all.

Now we know he plas like a rook, play him situationally. And with our D, not at all on third downs.

That is what I wish they would try and leave it that way. McCree would be better at safety and Davis may end up being the LB we sooooo need.

I think it's kind of late for him to make much of an inpact at LB right now. He needs to stay in one position and learn that IMO.

Sure he isn't going to make an impact at any position today. I also agree he needs to stay at one position and learn.

If he isn't a starter yet, then have him on the bench and work him in slowly.
