What with a family history of it I have been trying for years to stay ahead of all the things that hurt the heart. I voluntarily got a stress test this week. Not the radio pharmaceutical variety just hook the probes up to my chest and jump on a treadmill. The designers of these test are masochistic animals. I lasted 15 minutes of a 22 minute test. The nurse said only 3 air rangers have ever finished it. 8 mph at a damn near vertical incline. I usually easily get pulse up to 2x normal (for me normal is 60-65) but she had me up to 160 and blood pressure up to 160/100 from a normal 128/78. When I got off she said my lower BP number dropped QUICKLY to around 120/60. Does this sound normal?
