Why are we ranked above Tampa?

I'm not positive, but for these things I don't think they go through the trouble and looking at who you've played/beaten. I think it's ranked by 1) overall record 2) conf record 3)points scored, etc. We're tied with TB on 1 & 2 and have scored 3 more points than they have.
