Sounds like the Colts have our problem.

Colts | Kicking Competition - from www.KFFL.com
Wed, 27 Aug 2003 10:51:02 -0700

According to Philip B. Wilson, of the Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Colts K Mike Vanderjagt is still in competition with K Brett Conway. This comes in response to Conway making the Colts roster of 65 after the first wave of cuts. "Hopefully we'll get to see them a little bit more this week," Colts coach Tony Dungy said. "Brett is kicking well and Mike has kicked well in practice, too." This preseason, Vanderjagt is 0-for-3 and Conway is 1-for-2 on field goal attempts. However, Conway has a deeper kickoff ability. Dungy has said he would like to keep only one kicker on the final roster.

<<Mind you, it's not a bad problem, but it sounds a lot like our situation.

That is what I was thinking. They have 2 shitty kickers and have to chose one. IMO, we have 2 pretty decent kickers.

I can't believe how Vanderjagt has gone in the toilet in one off season. :saywhat: He's been one of the elite kickers in the league for years. Just last season, he nailed a 55 yarder in a snowstorm! What the heck happened?

well I would say that which ever kicker we cut will be wearing a colts uniform this year.
