Let's think about it.... Pittsburgh traded away the best talent they had and some role-players for some young inexperienced players and a botload of cash. Add in that Caron, a rookie, has been between the pipes for them and the Penguins are hurting. The trade was the best they could've hoped for IMO but it certainly had a dramatic affect on them.

The melee in the third period was greatly amusing--and seeing Kent Manderville freak out like that (the first time I've EVER seen the man lose it) in the second period was just priceless.

I love me some Tommy Malec! He was an absolute trip tonight.
