He admitted there was an "accident." ANd he said, paraphrasing, "if I'm guilty, I should do what is right." Not a direct admission of responsibility, but close enough that he should have kept is mouth shut.
Of course, I'm not even sure the woman is alleging intent. Perhaps that he did cause her injury, and did not call 911. His response to the latter seems to be, "she had her own car."
Don't piss off a woman, Randy. If she gets hurt, even if is her own doing, get her some water, ice, offer to drive her to the hospital, make her annoyed with your helpfulness. She'll still blame you, but maybe she won't be too pissed.
