I have a question about the PSL agreement. I am not a PSL owner.

Bank Of America (Ericcson) is a great stadium, but its 10 years old. I believe about half the league has newer stadiums now. What protections are there in the PSL contract for you should the Panthers elect to build a new stadium? I'm not sure where they would do that, but I'm sure most Washington fans thought they'd be in RFK for a long long time.

you have no insurance that that won't happen. The only thing you've got going for you is that 10 years is relatively young for an NFL stadium, and BoA is considered one of the nicest in the league still. At this point you've got I'd say no less than 20 years before another is built, and probably more.

they could stand to add a few more tv's in the upper deck, seeing as you have to watch the beginning of the second half in a line

Most of the stadiums being replaced are about 40 years old, or more. Most of them were also designed without any of the high revenue sources. Most stadiums aren't replaced because they're wearing out. They're replaced because the teams want a better design. The Bank is ten, but its still state of the art.
