    Seattle was in touch w Cam... but no deal, they seem to be set on Geno Smith

    Now with Jamis Winston out for the season, wonder if the Saints bring Cam in

    Much as I hate to say it... Cam seems like our best option.

    Maybe with all the down time his shoulder will be capable for a few weeks. Would much rather have a rested cam than any backup the panthers might have access to.

    Not sure who might at this point.

    You are probably right since several teams are in need and he’s still unemployed. Instead of 2015/16 league MVP Carolina adds an undrafted walk-on from San Jose St.
