How he fuck do you cancel a print job that decided it didn't want to print without shutting down the computer. It's been deleting for over 3 hours now.
 
sometimes you just can't...

and sometimes on the restart, it'll keep trying to print but never will...

right click, cancel printing, boot...then you should be able to delete it

if not, repeat

That's what I've been doing for 6 years.
 
If you have Windows XP, go into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and find the "Print Spooler" service. Right Click and "Stop". Then Right Click and "Start". Maybe That'll work...
