I wonder how long if any jail time he'll get? Based upon what I've read he offered a plea to spend 1 year in jail but the state wants more. He's almost 32 and is looking at at least 2 years. What kind of market is he looking at when he gets out?

Depends on how long he is in but probably nothing great, maybe a one year tryout deal with no strings for the team if they cut him though I'm not sure Plaxico's ego would accept that

Supposidely the DA is holding firm at 2 years while Burress is pushing 1 year. Not much of a market for a 34 year old receiver with baggage like this. I know it's legal wrangling but how does he plea not guilty with a bullet hole in his leg

Illegal firearms in NY carry a mandatory 3 1/2 yr sentence, I think....so if he rolls the dice and goes to trial and loses, the 2 yr deal looks pretty good.

There was a rumor he turned down a plea offer for 2 months + 1500 hours community service.
