remember the big red headed te freak?

I heard him on 1110 over the weekend...he did the little sports update...and he sucked big time. You could tell he was reading it and was screwing it all up, mispronouncing things, starting to say a word then change his mind and say another word while the first word was already out (kinda like elmor fudd without the stuttering), you could hear the nervousness in his voice. I haven't heard him since....

I think he's a football coach now at Charlotte Christian, no ? Perhaps he's trying to get into the radio business . . Outside of carrying UNC hoops & football, WBT is basically no longer a player in the local sportstalk business . . .

I always liked him. Even though he played for Buffalo and burned Miami plenty. He's one of the reasons Marino never got a ring... him and Thurmond Thomas and Kelly.
