Hey it's a name I recognize/wanted 8 years ago: Get that man the assistant head coach title for when we dump rivera at 3-5.

Always jump at the opportunity to hire position coaches with an extensive track record of failure.

He failed as a head coach and no one wants him as a DC, but is he bad at the secondary?

One reason why you should probably fire your head coach after 7-8 years is because you eventually run out of good options for your staff. This is happening to Rivera around the same time it happened to Fox. Getting Wilks and Holcomb back would be great, but I've heard no momentum on that front.

Fox couldn't offer multi-year contracts. Hurnichardson fucked him over good.
