he was suspended by the league (this season I think) and checked into rehab. Heard later (after they were swept by NJ) that he got a DUI. I could be wrong, but it's nothing a google search couldn't clear up.

Update: Ozolinsh, who spent time this season in the NHL's substance abuse program, was arrested Wednesday on a drunken driving charge, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Recommendation: He was stopped Tuesday in White Plains, New York, where he was allegedly driving 66 mph in a 40-mph zone, police Inspector Daniel Jackson said. A field sobriety test estimated the level of alcohol in Ozolinsh's blood at 0.17 percent, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent.He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released for a May 16 court appearance. Ozolinsh was also issued summonses for speeding and driving without a seat belt, and his blue 2006 Nissan Altima was impounded. While the 33-year-old Ozolinsh was sidelined by a knee injury in late December, he voluntarily entered the league's substance abuse program. The seven-time All-Star was cleared to play on the eve of the Turin Olympics. Ozolinsh was traded to the Rangers from the
Anaheim Mighty Ducks on March 9 and had three goals and 11 assists in his 19 games with New York. Overall, he had six goals and 14 assists this season with the two teams.
