I was curious to see if Fowler had anything from the team to back up the headline. He didn't.

Yeah, just an angry Panther fan. I'm really starting to think that Fowler is a fellow TBR chucklefuck.

Defense did not play poorly. Starting position for the Skins on their first FG drive was their own 45, and on the late TD, their own 20. Hard to stop even the most inept teams when you give them field position like that.

And if you didnt think Jake sucked, you must be used to watching Washington QB's.

Defense was OK, tackling seems to be an ongoing problem though. I'm still trying to get over the 2 draw plays and that dying swan Delhommie tossed up on the Panthers last play. This is for Jake and whoever called those 2 draw plays: :fu4:

Lets be honest,,, the reason Jake Delhomme has 14 late game comebacks to his credit is because the Carolina Panthers have very questionable play-calling throughout most any game and the score is always close late in every game. The Panthers never put anyone away despite the fact that we have a very good defense, our offense simply plays down to our competition every week.

But the fact is, Jake has also lost many games for us in 4th quarters too either because of his numerous fumbles, or just plain getting happy feet and forcing the ball. I realize its a long process to change quarterbacks and get back into a winning form again with a new guy. Or is it,,, refer to the Cowboys and Tony Romo.

I commend Jake for having some good games for us in the past, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, this franchise will never win consistently with him as our QB. The only thing consistent about Jake is that you never know what he'll do next.

Btw,,, Henning is a foregone conclusion,,, he's gotta go too. There's just no excuse for some of his boring play-calling, unless like someone else said, that he calls 3rd & long draw plays because he don't think Jake can make the pass.

    Jerry,,,,,,,, time for some changes.

Jake had the option to call the draw or choose a pass play at the line of scrimmage, he chose draw on both of those plays.
