.....or stevie nicks?

that chick in quarterflash rocks too. her name escapes me, but i know she is lead vocal and plays sax.

i say stevie nicks. but that's just me.
:p

ALL of them rock my ass off! Hard to pick a favorite of those. Pat is probably the most technically accomplished vocally. Joan has a wonderful raw, kick-ass sound. And there's a fabulous quality to Stevie's voice that I can only describe as sensual. She's probably put out the most really awesome recordings--the material is part of the equation.

hehehe...niiiiiiice post, kitten! that chick in quarterflash. she should be on this category. i might have to google her so i can tell i am not just dreaming this one...

she sang harden my heart...i used to play that tune till my ears bled.
:)

Pat Benatar hands down. Saw her not long ago at House of Blues and she's still awesome live. She put out a blues cd a couple of years back, and it's really good. Very versatile artist. Moreso than the others on your list, in my opinion.

Rindy Ross is the chick from Quarterflash. She creamed my twinkie too. :)

Damn! Let's turn this into multiple choice!

Benatar, but Nicks moves ahead if she's with Mac.

That's a tough one, but I'd have to go with Pat Benetar.

Did any of you know she actually went to Juliard? I was floored when I heard that. :saywhat:

All of them and throw in Bonnie Raitt also. Besides the voice she can flat burn up a guitar.

she's in a different class all together. it's insulting to group her with joan jett and stevie nicks.
