So If you were to bump into Kurt Warner this offseason what would you say to him?

Paper please Kurt...
Plastic please Kurt...
Panthers, Kurt - please come play for us....

No he's not what he was a few years back... but for us he's an improvement... there are a TON of other ways I'd rather go than Warner, but what I've always wanted to see is steady improvement... Peete probably won't be back... so replacing him with Warner (at a REASONABLE cost)... would be a good move.

I voted plastic, but yeah - he would be an upgrade. I think his deal now is more mental... Think about it, he goes 0-5 or something like that, a no name comes in, like him and wins 5.

Kurt needs some new surroundings, otherwise -

Personally, I think Kurt needs a new throwing hand even more. I'm not convinced his problems aren't due to his thumb that supposedly has healed. There was absolutely no zip at all in the throws he made yesterday.

I think Kurt's going to get one heck of a paycut this offseason, and I look for Bulger to be the Rams' starter in 2003.

Warner's hand is obviously hurting. He threw one duck after another last night.

Yup. If I bumped into Kurt, I'd say to see a doc (or another one) to get that hand fixed.

WARNER NEEDING A (NEW) HAND?

Notwithstanding his statements to the contrary, several scouts at the Rams-Eagles game yesterday told us that Kurt "Ex Soup Boy" Warner appears like he is a "left-handed guy trying to throw right-handed" on many of his pass attempts. Warner "has no velocity on the ball" and appears to be "holding back" on his release. We admire Warner for his bravery and still think he is a great QB -- but we want to slap him silly if he is not coming clean with the team on his injury.

I think Kurt's background is haunting him now... he is saying stuff you would not expect a Superbowl MVP to say. He also said he would take himself out of the game if he thought he was hurting the team. Guess coach Martz told him he could not go out when he offered after the mid point of the second qtr...

Injury aside, only Kurt can fix Kurt...
