Panthers vs Saints Running Commentary

The good news is that the Saints don't have an elite QB or any deep threats a wide receiver.

Shit, it's not just about the pass, our run D caught the suck as well. With the same front 7 essentially as last year, sans the old cowboy everyone thought wasn't that good anyway. It's been a long time since our D had holes open up that big. And tackling is for shit as well.

I don't get it.

Was a fix in for the panthers to have their 'turn' last year and this years it's atl's or dallas' turn?

It doesn't seem like it, but the Panthers have a very good run defense this year. Only three teams have given up a lower yard per carry average.

Why run when your WRs can run wife ass open wherever the fuck they want on the field. If I was Atlantas coach Julio would have had 500 yards.

What's funny is that the pass defense has been functional outside of the Falcons game. In the other four games, we allowed an average of 187.7 yards passing. Normally that would be really good. The big frustration has been our inability to create turnovers. Losing Josh has been a big factor there, but I also think we underappreciated what Charles Tillman brought to the table.
