Last Year's Panther D would make Sanders look like a future HOFer.

If it is pouring rain, I am not sure what sort of reading we will get from the D or the O

The starters will get some time, but it sounds like Cleveland is playing camp scrubs for the entire game. I guess Sanders looking anything close to decent against the starting defense would be a red flag. I'm also assuming the rookie OLB tandem will get plenty of reps, so that's something to watch. You'd really like to see those guys flash against 3rd string OTs.

The kicker competition matters, as do other special teams battles. Horn probably needs to pop on returns since he's buried on the initial depth chart. The hype on him as a WR has tapered off as we've gotten closer to real football, and apparently Renfrow looks awesome in pads.

I want to see at least one of our rookies get a sack. Sanders holds the ball too long and tries to play hero-ball. Just one series where we play aggressive defense should have him on his ass.

Well the first O series was uninspiring. Bryce had better calm his ass down.
