Panthers QB Vinny Testaverde will be the inactive third quarterback for his final NFL game, and look for him to get a snap or two late to send off his career where it began -- in 1987.
Also inactive today for the Panthers are WRs Jason Carter and Travis Taylor, OT Frank Omiyale, CB Patrick Dendy, S Chris Harris, LB James Anderson, and DT Gary Gibson.
It looks like Marquand Manuel will start at SS for Harris, though they're going to continue to take a long look at rookie Quinton Teal, who's been coming in for FS Deke Cooper in obvious passing situations.
