What in the hell is going on with the Phillies?

Run Support or lack there of. Thome is a notoriusly bad starter so I am not worried about him. Last year was the exception rather than the norm. Abreu is the one that surprises me. Burrell looks to still be in his funk from last year. I am not worried though. They have only played 1 game at home and 4 on the road. I'll start getting concerned by June 1 if we arn't .500 or better. At least no other team in the NL East has started like gang busters.

oh yeah, burrell was .308 coming into today. he's had a few k's so that will go down, but still he has a good average.

4 games on the road against the Pirates and one other. Lost 3 of 4. Lost home opener to Reds and 2 rain outs. But hey they came back to win today. Oh and bring on the fish

they'll wake up. if they're near .500 by mid-may they will be just fine. nice comeback today.
