Notable Free Agents Still Available

These guys are still out there and would help us IMO...

1) Maurice Smith - (cut by Atlanta) Started for the Falcons last yr and has very good size and speed. (6'0 230) He could help and is definately an upgrade over Dee Brown or Nick Goings.

2) Greg Biekert - OLB (cut by Oakland) He would cost a bit of cash but he is a damn good LB. Our run defense would definately benefit from his addition.

3) Ellis Johnson - (cut by Colts) Could at least get some time here - especially if Gilbert is out.

I would think there would be quite a few teams interested in him. He could even start for some teams?!?
