who will win the NL central? I'm taking the Cubs, even though they just lost Soriano for a month, they have looked much much stronger than the Brewers. I think that the 2nd place team in that division takes the wild card, b/c of the other two divisions in the NL will be playing inside their own division so much for the remainder of the season, they will kill their own chances.

I think the Cubs are the team to beat even though losing Soriano for an extended period hurts. The Brewers would be a good story though.

The Brewers and Cubs keep losing. It's a battle of attrition

Obviously pulling for the Cubs here, but no doubt they'll make it as painful as possible for me if they do pull it out. Watching Soriano pull up lame the other night was painful enough.

I'd be happy if either the Cubs or the Brewers won it. I'd pull for either one of them to win it all.

Cubs beat the cardinals today to move into a tie for first with the brewers. Brewers play tonight against the Reds in Milwaukee. GO REDS!

Dodgers fans get to say "wait til' next year"....again :(

Grady Little sucks. He won't take up for the players, he doesn't know how to read his pitchers, and he keeps trying to fix shit that aint broken and break shit that's fixed. 2 of our best players are in Las Vegas AAA right now. He let them come up for a few days, then sent them right back down. WTF?

with the cubs win and brewers loss, the cubs have moved ahead of the Brew Crew by a half game. More importantly, the cubs beat the cardinals, and they most certainly need to slow down their attack. Pooholes did go deep in the sixth inning, but Jacque Jones responded in the bottom of the frame with a 2 run shot to left center. Cubs win 2-1. I wonder what will happen to the Brewers now? will they fall behind st. louis in the standings? remember, prince fielder still has to serve a 3 game suspension at some point, lets hope he serves it when the crew comes to wrigley for a 3 game set!
