The whole point of icing is that you're getting your ass kicked in your own zone, so you dump it out to get a line change. You're taking the hit of having the faceoff back in your end, why add insult to injury. That rule sucks.

Let the goalies play the damn puck.

I like that rule. It is double punishment, but it's one of the ones I'm most excited to see. It could create a lot of interesting scenerios. The Penguins should be exempt though.
