Also, PFW stated that the Morgan and Wahle cuts, designated as June1 cuts, meant the cap room wasn't available as of right now, it was set aside until June. Which would be retarded, but all the checking I could find means it doesn't actually work that way, it's available now.

Not really, no. And Sirius may have been talking about once you add in the amount expected to sign rookies. Who knows? We'll sign who we'll sign. If Hurney has fucked up our cap as much as I think he has, talking about it won't change that anyway. Rob Rodgers is probably the one man in the world who knows exactly how much money the Panthers have to spend...everybody else is just speculating.

The only way anybody else can know, is if they have copies of every single player's contract...that's the only possible way to know all the details you would need to make an informed opinion.
