I was just contemplating the differance between being 3-0 last year and this year. We are four games into the season and if the Indy- NO score holds we are 2 up on Atl. and NO and one up on TB. Our team appears in good condition and we face NO at home for the fourth game.

Last year we were tied for first. Peete was hurt, the team was beat up and we faced Atl down there. Plus we had no offense even with Peete.

The Panthers are in much better shape in many, many ways. They have a full years chemistry on D and a legit runnning game. The latter opens things up for the passing game.
In a word, there's BALANCE that wasn't there last year.

I am excited as hell, but I can't shed the thought of that black cloud that seems to hang over theis team. It does at least seem that cloud has given way and the grass is starting to green in the shining sun though, doesn't it?

Saints are being exposed as the soft team they are. Too many nights out at the Quarter.


Colts look like a complete team. I think we can run on them, we'll need to get pressure on Manning cause they have more weapons than we can cover.

yeah, pressure on Manning would be good. Because if they throw 6 fucking touchdowns on us that won't be that great. Let's attempt that to not happen, k? I mean how freaking bad is it when a team puts 42 passing points on you? I hope I'm not playing anyone with Manning today.

The Colts followed by the Titans comes at a critical time.

Panthers and Colts could BOTH easily be undefeated when we meet (which would make the Bucs 2-2 ), and one team would have to leave that game with an L. And we'll be IN Indy, on turf, and they look GOOD.

The Titans look real good, too.
