Taylor seemed like a bright, young coach who was doing a solid job of developing our young WRs. Samuel took a big leap forward in 2018. Moore was the best RAC WR in the NFL. I don't understand the reason for replacing him in the first place. It doesn't seem to be based on performance.


Swapping him for an outsider who's primarily worked with QBs makes it even more confounding.
