New Softball Update*******

I've returned from the "Captain's Meeting" and have found out we open our season March 17th. Repeat, we do not play next weekend, 3/10, but Sunday 3/17. I do not know the time for 3/17, but should by the middle of this week.

So, I plan on meeting again next Sunday for some more practice. I say we aim for 1 pm, to allow those who go out the night before time to get up and get some grease munge to get going.

And, We need to get some solid commitment from a couple of you. As of today we got 5 for sure. Putt says he ain't playing, but we could use him in a pinch. QCH, Bear, MathMajor, Capt. Morgan, PhotoGuy, Big Mark?, anyone else...let me know for sure cos we got to turn in a roster, and to be able to play past week 4 you got to be on that roster.

Also, our games will be played at Davie Park, on 51, just past the Arboreteum, behind S Charlotte Middle School.

I'm still just a part timer, Bunky. I can make it to practice next week cuz my flag football game isn't until 5pm. I'll get the schedule for the remaining games tomorrow and will give you an update then. Thanks!

I can be at all the games, just as long as they are on Sundays since I start working 3rd shift at my second job this week on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.
