#41 had the flat receiver, the flat receiver runs a stop and go, the inadequate pressure allowed Wilson to hold the ball, and then #41 was beaten down the field.
It looks like a designed play all the way, which was a gutsy call by Seattle considering the down and distance. Getting Lockett on Munnerlyn deep is a supreme mismatch, but you need Carolina to be in the right coverage and for Wilson to have enough time. It seems like they correctly anticipated that one of Eric Washington's idiodic zone blitzes was coming.
