WE ARE FULL!! Now onto payment method. I have a PayPal account or we could use the honor method and pay the winner at the end of the season. Majority rules. If we go with honor system obviously if the person doesn't pay he/she never plays again in TBR leagues

nope..pay before you play. make payment due one week before draft so we have time to find someone else to play because you know someone will back out.

I detect a pattern here. Also we need to deside on a payout. 2/3's for winner 1/3 for loser of championship game? Winner take all? Money for making playoffs? My local league does it like this. 20 a head for making playoffs and then championship game teams split 2/3 , 1/3. So this would be like this:

$460 = 12 teams * $40
$120 = $20 * 6 teams make playoffs
____
$340 Championship game pot

$280 (plus the $20 for making playoffs) to winner
$120 (plus the $20 for making playoffs) to runnerup

What do you think? Just a suggestion
