I am freakin lovin what the Pirates are doing to their team because now the national media is learning what CROOKS these guys are. They have blown apart a minor league and major league infrastructure the last 8 years (Since McClatchy came) and to hear Dan Patrick and every single major media outlet killing them today satisfies me to no end about this Amiris Ramirez deal. This is personal with me, they cut myself and a shitload of other good minor leaguers the last 8 years that had produced at many levels, but did not fit their "mold". The problem with the Pirates is this at the developement stage: it does not matter how you "produce", but which scout signed you determines your stay. This team is feeling the pain now from cutting so many good players the last 8 years. I was an all star, 8-3, 15 saves, and a 2.50 era in 1996 and got cut the following spring (97)............go figure. Fuck Kevin McClatchy and I hope the city of Pittsburgh revolts against what happened today, it is well deserved.

i tried to pick metro up TO PLAY FOR OUR ORGANIZED BASEBALL TEAM but he wasn't jumping at the idea.

and in no way am i affiliated with the pittsburgh pirates. maybe it was the team name that turned him off.

I had offers for other workouts but declined. I am not exaggerating any numbers stats . I had enough of that lifestyle after my Pirates experience.
