lex i always found some smooth but spirited jazz alwasy makes ggod work music - Spyrogyra, David Sanborn, The Yellow Jackets, Earl Klugh/David James, The Rippingtons etc.

smooth jazz relaxes me. i will try not to sleep. if if i hit my head and get a concussion, my boss wont like having to fill out the accident report, so i will try to save him that hassle.

skipping lunch is not a very good idea unless you had a good, hearty breakfast.
