Well, let's catch up, after a productive hour-plus in the locker room.

QB Jake Delhomme said surgery on his right elbow is a possiblity, but called it a "last-resort type of deal."

MLB Dan Morgan came in wearing a cast on his right foot, saying he had a partially torn Achilles tendon. The cast comes off later this week and he's hopeful of playing again soon.

And then DT Kris Jenkins arrived, saying he didn't back off from any of Sunday's statements, and suggesting he might have asked to be traded as a result of the "issues" that bothered him to the point of speaking out.

But he's also apparently made peace with several teammates, saying he's had "several conversations" throughout the day, after saying the team had no heart the day before.

Stay tuned, the day ain't over yet.

We would never get rid of Timmah until he was hurt so bad he almost lost his foot. I guess Morgana will have to have his brains coming out his ears or something before we put him out to pasture.

Sounds bad to me. (the achilles)

Jenks interaction with his teammates sounds good. I think maybe they wanted to scream too, and were glad he did for all of them. I'm glad everyone is making an effort to come together.

I was going to tell about my partial tear, but since it was with breaking both bones in the lower leg, it's not really all that relevant. And it was so long ago rehab didn't really exist for non athletes, so the stiffness I still have in that ankle is worse then what Morgan may face. I guess it depends on how partial the tear is. A tiny little sliver and he may be ok eventually.

Well, at least it's a new injury.

If I'm not mistaken Fox was talking about him possibly practicing this week... I was talking to my brother in law on the phone at the time about the Greensboro Van Halen concert.

thats what I was wondering... I could have heard wrong

I heard it was awesome. My bro-in-law went, too, and said it was great.

(There sure as hell isn't anything to talk about with the Panthers except how much they suck and that's beating a dead horse already!):beatdeadhorse5::furious3:

Yeah I would have went with him but I already had plans to go to the Carolina - Va Tech game. He said it was awesome. We had went to DC a couple years ago and saw them with Sammy and that was awesome too.
