Kindal Moorehead is a good pick
He's a pedigreed lineman who I had an eye on. He doesn't really fit in one spot or another but he's got very good potential. Great value, good player, well met.

Notes: High school All-American and the best DL prospect in the state of Tennessee. Started from Game Four on as a true freshman in 1998 and had 31 tackles, 11 for loss and one sack. Started every game in '99. Ended the season with 39-13-51 and was named second-team All-Southeastern Conference by the Associated Press. Redshirted in 2000 after tearing his right Achilles tendon. Came back to start all but one game (out vs. LSU with a sprained knee) in '01, when he had 41-5-5½ with one interception. Registered 54-5-9 in '02.
Positives: Good athlete who can get much better. Power end who can hold the point when he keeps his pads down. Flashes quickness as a pass rusher and has a nice spin move.
Negatives: Is too soft, does not like to work hard and takes the easy way out too often. Does not always seem to give 100 percent on the field or finish plays and is not a very good off-the-field worker. Appears to run out of gas and does not fight through fatigue well. Lacks toughness inside and is not as fast as teams would like outside.
Summary: The most gifted of Alabama's three senior defensive linemen but the least productive. Can get a lot better if he works at it.

Moorehead is a pretty damn good DE, plays great at the point of attack.
I could have seen him as high as a late third rounder.

I think he'd work better on the inside. Always have though that he was a fish out of water at DE.

At his size and skill set, if he had just been more solid he'd be a starter for a 3-4 team right now.

He also had some injury problems befor this last year that really hurt his production. Last year he showed flashes of the potential he was recruited for.
He's Developmental, no doubt, I could see him playing inside/outside which would make him an even more valuable addition since we need depth at DT as well. Although, I would like to see him add some weight if he is going to play inside, 6'3 285 would be smallish for DT.

He can add weight easily. He played at 300 before. He's tried to sell himself as an end at 285.
