A civil action filed against Michael Vick in State Court in Gwinnett County by his former girlfriend, which contended he gave her a sexually transmitted disease, has been resolved, the attorney for the Falcons quarterback told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution today.


"The case is resolved," said V. Lawrence Woodward, Vick's attorney. "That's all I can say."


The case appeared on the court's docket for Monday, but was not called.


Attorneys for the girlfriend, Sonya Elliott, could not be reached for comment.
