Did anyone else see that last night. It was really good.

They (Metallica) played one cut off of their new album (St. Anger). It was really heavy. I think it's going to be pretty good.

I'm looking forward to the new album. I have a feeling they are going underground again. A 13 yearold girl who likes Britney should not also like Metallica. I hope they rid themselves of these fans like Pearl Jam and Manson did in the past.

I hope so gut.. Who all performed?? What were the songs?? When does the new album come out?/ I read the interview in last months Revolver. They talked a lot about the split with Jason, the thing about Napster, and James Time in Rehab. Sounds like a lot of demons need to be vented. It also told that they had about 30 songs and only agreed on 4 of them were album worthy. They just happened to be the heavest songs. They scraped the rest and recorded more songs with that same heavy drive.. Metallica Cometh Again!!!

Sum 41 - They did a medly of For Whom the Bell Tolls, Enter Sandman and Master of Puppets - They weren't that good something about these guys really bothers me.

Staind - Did Nothing Else Matters. That was okay

Avril Lavigne - She did Fuel. This was a huge mistake she was horrible. Her backup band was pretty good

Snoop Dogg did Sad but True. It was kind of intersting. It was different that's for sure.

Korn did One. That was really good. They rocked it

Limp Bizkit did Sanitarium. I don't normally like them at all but this was really good too

Then there was the Medley that Metallica did Hit the Lights, Enter Sandman, Battery and Blackened.

One of the best parts of the show was comedian Jim Brewer (I think that's his name) from Saturday Night Live. He was talking about how all the guys have gotten older now and he did an impression of Metallica doing a kids song. I can't think of the song to save my life right now but it was like the Hoky Poky or something along those lines.

I think the new album comes out in June.

I didn't read the article with Jason. What did he say his reasons were for leaving?
