Just goes to show how unsafe your info is...
When I was pregnant, I had to fax some info to my doctors from my office/home fax. Somehow the transmission got screwed and although mine went through- I recieved a full chart on a patient back to my fax. Name, DOB, Social etc.... I had everything on her from her sexual history to medication to place of employment.
I called the office back just to let them know, shredded her info and forgot about it, blowing it off as a freak thing.
Last night, I faxed something again from my home/office fax (different location than before) and recieved another medical history on someone back on my fax. This one though, was NOT from the place I was faxing to and wasn't sent from my company to me. It was just arbitrary information sent.
Weird.
